Our return window
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your returned item arrives back with us and passes inspection, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items
