We do our best to describe our products accurately. Prices are listed in AED and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Once accepted, we'll confirm by email. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can pause or cancel at any time — changes apply to future orders, not ones already processed.

Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Mira and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are cosmetic haircare and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. If you have a sensitive scalp or known allergies, patch test before use.
